Hi I’m Kimberly,
At the age of 41 I was determined to get into the best shape of my life.
I was already exercising 4-5 times a week and eating what I thought was pretty healthy, but I had no muscle, no tone, I felt tired all the time, I was soft and unable to burn off the layer of fluff around my mid section. I was so frustrated not seeing the results I desired.
I used my education in holistic nutrition and sports nutrition and applied these 5 steps to finally turn all of my hard work in the gym into some real results. I developed muscle, tone and was truly thriving from the inside out.
